It’s incredibly vital to have healthy foods so as to keep our bodies well-condition. I realized it again after I caught a cold few days ago…as you can guess, I haven’t had such fresh vegetables currently.
*recipe
- broccolis
- abocados
- tomatos
- cucumbers
- asparaguses
- sesame seeds
- beefsteak plants
Cut them, and dress them with mayonnaise and a sauce containing soy sauce and vinegar.
